To foster, expand, promote and perpetuate the sport of archery. To conduct a continuous educational program designed to aquaint the public and the archer with the use of the bow as a recreation and a weapon for the hunting of legal game. To foster and perpetuate a spirit of good fellowship and sportsmanship among all archers.
We are in the process of finalizing our 2026 raffle. More information will be coming soon!!!

The Baraboo Bowmen will not be having any 3-D tournaments in 2026. It was a difficult decision but was necessary to helps us continue focusing on our local community archers.

Hank developed our first broadhead course on his property to give the Baraboo Bowmen an opportunity to practice, compete, organize and share their bowhunting knowledge. As you can probably tell by the pictures above Hank was very active in powerlifting around the state, and a very successful bowhunter. He would use his time competing in powerlifting competitions promoting events the Baraboo Bowmen were having. No doubt his travels in powerlifting help spread the word about the Baraboo Bowmen and bowhunting in general.
The Baraboo Bowmen will be trying to think of other ways to honor Hank in the near future!!!!
